The atmosphere at the Aula SMPI Sekolah Al-Hamidiyah felt different from the very first morning light on Saturday (January 17, 2026). Starting at 07:15 a.m., hundreds of Grade XI–XII students of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hamidiyah gathered with enthusiasm for a powerful self-development program titled “UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL: Building Values, Designing Future.” More than just a training session, the event unfolded as an inspiring journey—one that invited participants to reflect, connect, and envision their best possible selves.

Running until noon, the program brought together senior students of Pesantren Al-Hamidiyah in an engaging learning space designed to sharpen self-awareness, strengthen personal values, and encourage future-oriented thinking. Held at the Aula SMPI Sekolah Al-Hamidiyah, the event proved to be a refreshing blend of motivation, interaction, and meaningful dialogue—making every participant feel seen, heard, and empowered.

The session was led by Mohamad Wirzal Azraqi, S.E., M.B.A., CEO and Master Trainer of PT. Pratama Prjamala Shivith, widely known for his transformative themes such as “Success Mulia Is My Life,” “Live Your Highest Value,” and “Give Yourself a Present: Forgiveness.” With an energetic and relatable delivery, he guided students to unlock their inner strengths, embrace forgiveness, and courageously design their future with purpose and integrity.

For the participants, the experience left a lasting impression. Mochammad Ziyad Fawwazy (XII-F1) shared that the program helped him see himself from a new perspective. “This training taught me that growth begins with understanding our values and being brave enough to change. I hope what we learned today can help us support one another and move forward with confidence,” he said with optimism.

In her opening remarks, Nurbaeti, M.Pd., Head of MA Al-Hamidiyah, emphasized that the training plays a crucial role in shaping students’ character and emotional intelligence. She highlighted that programs like this help students develop empathy, strong communication skills, and resilience—essential qualities for navigating both academic life and real-world challenges.

The event was initiated by the Management of the Parents–Students Communication Forum (FKOS) of MA Pesantren Al-Hamidiyah, reflecting strong collaboration between parents and the school in nurturing a supportive educational ecosystem. Through Unlock Your Potential, MA Al-Hamidiyah once again reaffirmed its commitment to preparing a generation that is not only academically capable, but also confident, empathetic, and ready to lead the future.
