Depok, September 30, 2025 — TK Al-Hamidiyah held an event, "Montessori Guest Teacher," which took place from September 26 to 30, 2025. Parents were invited to visit the school and share their professional experiences with the students. The classrooms were filled with excitement and curiosity as different parents came to introduce their occupations. They brought along tools, uniforms, and other materials to help illustrate their work. The children listened attentively, asked questions, and enthusiastically took part in simple, hands-on activities related to each profession.
Students were introduced to a variety of professions, each bringing new insights and experiences. The sessions were made engaging and interactive. Each visit offered the children a chance to connect classroom learning with the real world in a fun and meaningful way. Teachers played a supportive role in guiding the sessions to ensure a smooth and meaningful learning experience. Beyond learning about various jobs, the children also explored important values such as responsibility, teamwork, respect, and appreciation for different roles.
This program also served to strengthen the bond between school and home, highlighting the positive impact of collaboration between educators and families in providing real-world learning opportunities for children.
